Compact and smart module to keep
powerbanks alive that otherwise shut down in order to save power. Suitable to
use for low-power projects powered by 5V from a powerbank. The module draws
power intermittently so it does not draw power unnecessarily. The pulse time is
adjustable with a potentiometer from approx. 4 seconds to 45 seconds. Each
pulse is approx. 100 ms long. The current consumption when inactive is less
than 1 mA and when pulsed, approx. 70 mA (can be increased to 100 mA with
solder bridge). D+/D- are bridged between the USB connectors so the unit does
not need to be removed for programming or data transfer.
